How to Submit Artwork
Click on the program you are using to get the specifications to supply your artwork

	Tips
	Power Gifts prefers artwork supplied as vector art in the programs mentioned above.
	When possible, save artwork as an EPS file
	PhotoShop does a great job with images but the type tends to be jagged and have saw-tooth edges.
	Please include a composite and color-separated hardcopy so we can be accurate.
	When possible, convert all type to outlines, paths or curves
	Please include all s and placed art on your disks to insure smooth handling of your job.

 

Artwork Requirements

	Camera Ready Art
	Camera Ready art should have crop marks and be separated into spot colors.
	When ever possible, provide us art larger than the final size so we can shrink it.
	Please keep in mind the final product and imprint size when setting up your art.
	Designs with small details may fill in on certain processes and will require us to modify the art.

Artwork Requirements

	PhotoShop Specs
	PhotoShop images should be supplied at 100% of the final size or larger.
	Artwork should have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi at full size.
	The higher the resolution we get the better the end result will be.
	Images with text need a resolution at least 300 dpi at 100% so that the type will be tighter.
	Process color images for tee shirts should be saved in RGB format. We will convert to CMYK and color adjust for silkscreening.
	Please provide a color matchprint for 4-color process art

Artwork Requirements

	Illustrator, Freehand and CorelDraw Specs (.ai, .fh8, .cdr)
	Please save art as Eps Files
	When supplying files in any format that requires placed images, make sure you provide them on the disk.
	To prevent any problems, please convert the s to paths, outlines or curves
	You must provide both screen s and printer s for artwork requiring text changes or if s are not converted

Artwork Requirements

	Quark Specs (.qxd)
	We can work with your Quark Xpress files but we prefer you save the file as an EPS.
	If you send us a Quark file, please include all placed images, screen s and printer s.
	Include a hard copy so we can make sure we have handled your art correctly.

Artwork Requirements

	Tiffs,Picts,EPS Specs
	Please supply Bitmapped files at a resolution of at least 500-1000 dpi.
	Grey scale and halftones should be at least 300 dpi

	Microsoft Word Specs
	We prefer not to work with Microsoft Word files because Word does not allow us the control necessary that graphic programs do.
	If your logo is only available in Microsoft Word, please call before sending the art to us.
